I need more help with my Xbox 360 game on disc.
The PopCap Arcade game doesn't launch right away when I put the disc in! How do I play the games?
When you insert your game disc, you will be taken to the "Game Library, Recent Games" section of the dashboard. From there, navigate to the "Arcade" section, then select the game you want to play. The games from the PopCap Arcade disc will have disc icons next to them.
Can I copy my game from the disc to the Xbox 360 Hard Drive or an Xbox 360 Memory Unit?
No, the disc must be inserted each time you want to play the games.
How do I get into or move between the games?
In each game's main menu, there is an option called "Return to Arcade" which will take you back to the Xbox LIVE Arcade section of the dashboard. Alternatively, you can press the Guide button to bring up your Xbox 360 Guide and then press the Y button to return to the dashboard.
Prior to purchasing the disc, I had already downloaded one or more of the games on Xbox LIVE Arcade. Will I start a new game?
No, whether you select the previously installed game on your hard drive or the game with the disc logo, your previous progress in the game will load. If the version of the game in your hard drive is a trial version, then you must launch the game from the icon with the disc logo next to it to access all the features of the game.
Now that I've got the disc version, can I delete previous versions of the games from my hard drive?
Yes. Since your progress information is saved with your user profile, you can safely delete previous versions of the game from your hard drive without losing your save-game data.
PS3, PSN & PSP
My console games disc won't load.
The game is skipping, not playing, or I get a "Disc Read Error".
Please remove the disc and check it for marks or scratching. Clean the disc with a suitable product, recommended for use with discs.
I receive a "This disc is unreadable" error message.
Refer to the instructions above, and if possible, try the disc on another console. You may also try shutting down and restarting your console. Please click Contact Us to reach Customer Support for assistance regarding faulty discs.

What do I need to play Bejeweled 2 on Wii?
You will need a Wii and one of the following controllers: Wii Remote, Classic Controller Pro, or Nunchuk. (View the details of the available control schemes in the game under the "Controls" section to see what these controllers look like and how they function for this game.)
To view Global leaderboards, you must have a Nintendo Wi-Fi connection and have posted a score in either Classic or Action mode. When you view the global leaderboard, you will be able to view your own score as well as the top ten scores from across the globe. Your score and ranking will be displayed under the top ten scores.
If you do not have a Nintendo Wi-Fi connection, you can still view your high scores for Action or Classic modes. Use your unique Mii characters to compete against others in your household. See if your friends can beat your high score in Action mode!
Creating or Using a Mii
Bejeweled 2 is proud to feature the Mii! When you launch Bejeweled 2, you will be asked to select which Mii you would like to use. Using the +Control Pad, move left or right until you find your Mii. You may also create a Mii if you do not yet have one.
*TIP* Watch your Mii. Your Mii's facial expression tells you how well you're doing…
Where can I purchase NintendoDS and Nintendo Wii versions of PopCap Games?
Several of our games are available for purchase from www.popcap.com. We are only able to ship within the US and Canada currently, and we're sorry for any inconvenience to our international players. We are working with international shipping companies and distributors to get our games to you!
What game modes are included in Bejeweled 2 on Wii?
Bejeweled 2 has four different ways to play. Whether you want to give your matching muscles a workout in Action mode or hang out and relax with Endless mode, we have the mode to suit your mood.
Classic: Classic mode is the great puzzle experience that Bejeweled 2 was meant to be. Make matches of 3, 4 or 5 gems to advance to higher levels. The game ends when you have no more matches available.
Action: Race against the clock in this timed mode of Bejeweled 2. Time gets shorter as you advance to higher levels so make your matches as quickly as you can. The game ends when your timer expires.
Endless: Relax and enjoy making matches in this zen-like game mode. There is no danger of losing so relax and match as long as you like.
Puzzle: Use your Bejeweled 2 knowledge to solve over 70 different puzzles.
What are my controller options for Bejeweled 2 on Wii?
There are many different control schemes for you to choose from in Bejeweled 2. Try actively swapping gems by flicking the Wii Remote; go retro with the Classic Controller Pro; or use the thumb and forefinger approach of the Nunchuk. View the details of the available control schemes in the game under the "Controls" section. There are lots of ways to play!

Where can I purchase console versions of PopCap Games?
Several of these games are available for purchase on disc from www.popcap.com. We are only able to ship within the US and Canada currently, and we're sorry for any inconvenience to our international players! As Xbox 360 and PlayStation 2 are region specific, we are working with publishers/distributors outside the US to bring these products to you. At the moment we do not have a date of release available.
Alternatively, please visit your local store stocking Xbox 360 or PlayStation 2 games. If the game is not available at this time, your store should be able to place an order for you.
You can also purchase PopCap titles on Xbox LIVE Marketplace for use on Xbox LIVE Arcade, on the PlayStation Network for your PS3, the DSi Shop for your Nintendo DSi, and the Wii Shop Channel for your Nintendo Wii.
When will you port more games to my favorite console or device?
Here at PopCap, we have a couple of major goals: for our games to be enjoyed by anyone, anywhere, and for our games to be the very, very best! So you can count on the fact that if there is a device or platform out there that would be a great way to play PopCap games, we've got plans for it! And our drive for excellence means that each new version of a game takes time to get right--we want to make sure it plays well, that the different controls and options unique to each platform are used to their full extent, and above all that it's every bit as much fun as the original game! (Sometimes, it may even be more fun. That's a matter of opinion, of course, but that's the idea--for the Xbox version of a game to be more than just the PC game on an Xbox, for it to be its own singular experience.)
So we can't tell you exactly what's coming or when! We are always happy to hear from players about what game they're looking forward to and what device they'd like to see us develop for, so click Contact Us if you have a request. And thanks for your patience--it will be worth the wait!
